Welcome to Corporate Controlling
You’ll be part of Internal Control Assurance team where you, together with your colleagues, will contribute to the risk assessment, the development and continuous improvement of our internal control framework, and the monitoring and testing of internal controls for both financial and sustainability reporting. You will prepare clear, insight-driven reporting for executive management and the Audit & Risk Committee. You will report to the Head of Internal Control Assurance.
As a team, we are multinational team of 5 employees, located in Copenhagen and Kuala Lumpur. Your work location will be in Copenhagen.
You’ll play an important role in:

facilitate risk assessments in partnership with 1st line stakeholders, identify control gaps, and support the design and implementation of fit-for-purpose controls in coordination with relevant owners

perform end-to-end walkthroughs of financial and sustainability reporting processes to verify that key risks are appropriately mitigated by controls

continuously optimize and enhance the internal control framework for financial and sustainability reporting processes, ensuring controls remain risk-based and efficient

test design and operating effectiveness of internal controls and facilitate remediation of control deficiencies

develop, enhance, and deliver internal control reports and dashboards, tailoring insights to relevant stakeholders

drive awareness and training activities to strengthen ownership of risks and controls across the organization

direct activities within ServiceNow (our GRC system): control ratings, dashboards, control optimization, etc

prepare reporting to executive management and Audit & Risk Committee. To succeed in the role, you:

have a degree in audit, finance, or similar
-
have experience from BIG4 audit firms combined with experience in the second line function from a listed company with established Shared Service Center
-
have experience in implementing and working with ServiceNow GRC
-
demonstrate solid SAP knowledge

are a team player with considerable stakeholder management and analytical skills

demonstrate great communication skills and fluency in English

enjoy collaborating with others and are skilled at building positive and productive relationships with your colleagues. Position salary range:
For this position, the expected base pay range is kr684,000.00- kr1,027,200.00 for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
