Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic property portfolio team based in Madrid, Spain! This role combines strategic real estate management with advanced data analytics capabilities to optimize our property portfolio performance and drive data-informed decision-making across our organization.
The successful candidate will bridge the gap between traditional real estate operations and modern data science, leveraging analytics to enhance asset performance, streamline operations, and identify investment opportunities!

This dynamic role is divided into three core areas of expertise:
Real Estate Management:
- Oversee property portfolio operations including lease administration, tenant relations, and facility management coordination
- Conduct property performance evaluations and recommend optimization strategies for space utilization and cost efficiency
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for property services and maintenance
- Coordinate property acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations in collaboration with legal and finance teams
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards across all properties
- Develop and implement property management policies and standard operating procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections and property condition assessments
- Prepare capital expenditure plans and manage property budgets
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Design and maintain comprehensive real estate databases and management information systems
- Develop automated dashboards and visualization tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) including occupancy rates, rental income, operating expenses, and ROI metrics
- Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis for investment decisions and portfolio optimization
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis using data analytics tools
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Implement data quality controls and ensure accuracy of property information across systems
- Analyze trends in space utilization, operating costs, and market conditions to inform strategic planning
- Create predictive models for lease expirations, maintenance needs, and budget forecasting
Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to long-term real estate strategy development using data-driven insights
- Identify opportunities for portfolio rationalization and cost reduction through analytics
- Support sustainability initiatives by tracking and analyzing energy consumption and environmental metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and IT to integrate real estate data systems
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Data Science, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate management, property portfolio administration, or related field
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)/Multilingual skills advantageous
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis, business intelligence, or financial modeling
- Professional certifications such as CPM (Certified Property Manager), RPA (Real Property Administrator), or equivalent preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data modeling
- Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Familiarity with real estate management software (Yardi, MRI, Argus, CoStar, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in database management and SQL queries
- Experience with statistical analysis tools (Python, R, or similar) is advantageous
- Understanding of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and spatial analysis tools is a plus
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
