About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to support onboarding activities across the EMEA region. In this role, you will ensure that all onboarding and offboarding requirements are completed accurately and on time according to client’s expectations, while maintaining compliance with GDPR and internal procedures. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to manage employee records, access requests, background checks, and training compliance.
What You'll Do:
- Support client-specific onboarding activities for CBRE employees across the EMEA region. •Administer and track background check processes and ensure all pre-onboarding requirements are completed. •Create and maintain employee profiles within systems. •Manage and monitor access requests, permissions, and onboarding requirements. •Track mandatory training completion and follow up on outstanding requirements. •Support employee offboarding processes, including access removal and system updates. •Conduct regular audits of onboarding and offboarding records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and process adherence. •Maintain accurate employee documentation and data in line with GDPR requirements. •Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and timely completion of client requirements. •Provide ongoing administrative support related to onboarding, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities.
What You'll Need:
- Fluent English, both written and spoken. •Previous experience in HR Administration, Onboarding, Employee Services, or a similar administrative role. •Working knowledge of GDPR and data privacy requirements. •Experience supporting processes in an international environment. •Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. •Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. •Experience coordinating or administering background checks is an advantage. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
