YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and maintain high-quality master data related to purchasing
- Analyze, validate, and ensure accuracy and consistency of incoming data within purchasing systems and databases
- Cooperate closely with cross-functional teams such as Procurement, Finance, and Operations to collect, verify, and align necessary data
- Support in data quality checks and corrective actions
- Assist in supplier onboarding process by collecting required data and documents (e.g. registration, certificates) through provided tools
- Support updates in catalogues and supplier data in e-procurement tools
- Assist with data preparation or maintenance for new tools and solutions in purchasing
- Maintain process documentation for master data activities YOUR PROFILE:
- First practical experience in a similar role
- Experience with data management tools and databases
- Knowledge of SAP ERP-System is beneficial
- Basic understanding of purchasing processes and supply chain management principles
- Excellent communication in English (B2 level minimum), German skills are considered as an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data processing and reporting
- Experience in data migration projects and familiarity with data integration techniques is a plus
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to purchasing data
- Strong problem-solving skills and process improvement mindset
- Readiness to travel about 10% of the time (Europe)
