Teamleader Inbound

• Salary in CAO scale 8: between €3,100 and €3,500 gross per month based on 40 hours, with growth opportunities up to €4,580, depending on experience

You enjoy working with others, stay calm under pressure and think ahead.* At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English

This DHL location is the world's most important distribution hub for a major Swedish company supplying products and services to, among others, the mining and stone-processing industries. More than 300 people work at the site on a typical day, working together to help our customer succeed from Eindhoven. You will be part of the Inbound department.

You will lead a team of approximately 20 Warehouse Operators and report to the Shift Manager. Together, you will work on improving processes, developing yourself and your team, and creating a positive working environment.
