Role description Role Software Security Technical Delivery Lead
Location Krakow Poland(2-3 days work from office in a week)
6 Months contract(B2B or Sub-Con)
Rate: 200 PLN per hour

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end technical delivery across a cloud native opensource ecosystem on GCP
- Bridge business strategy and technical execution identifying architectural risks and technical debt
- Drive DevSecOps practices security controls compliance and Definition of Done governance
- Lead Agile delivery activities including sprint health monitoring blocker removal and delivery coordination
- Provide handson technical support through code reviews Terraform troubleshooting and production incident resolution
- Guide adoption of opensource technologies and reduce dependency on proprietary platforms
- Collaborate with Frontend Backend SRE Security and Platform Engineering teams
- Manage stakeholder expectations dependencies risks and delivery milestones
- Drive continuous improvement using engineering metrics and delivery insights
- Ensure platform scalability resilience security and operational excellence
- Support secure software development and cloudnative platform engineering initiatives
To be successful in this role you should have:
- 10 years of Software Engineering experience
- Handson experience in at least two of Java Python Nodejs or Go
- Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform GCP
- Experience with GKE Cloud Run IdentityAware Proxy and Cloud SQL PostgreSQL
- Strong DevSecOps and Secure Software Delivery experience
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code IaC
- Knowledge of Container Security Secrets Management KMS and ComplianceasCode
- Experience leading crossfunctional teams across Engineering SRE and Platform functions
- Strong Agile Scrum or Kanban delivery experience
- Experience managing stakeholders and delivery dependencies
- Ability to drive improvements using DORA metrics and engineering performance indicators
- Strong troubleshooting architecture review and problemsolving skills
- Experience working in cloudnative and enterprisescale environments
- Excellent communication and technical leadership capabilities
- Experience in Financial Services or regulated industries is desirable
- Knowledge of GCP cost optimization and cloud financial management is beneficial
