ABOUT THIS ROLE

The AOS is responsible for administering all aspects of the company’s Compliance Agent Oversight Program, including audit quality assurance, as well as auditor training and support for our agents. The mission of this role is to ensure that our agents adhere to the company's processes and procedures regarding compliance.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES* + Phone Audits across Europe + Prepare and participate for/in Agents Onsite Audits and training campaigns. + Application of company’s compliance policies and internal procedures in agent + Ensure the quality of the Phone Audits across Europe. + KYA Review Checks + Training local teams in Compliance

POSITION REQUIREMENTS* Advanced Excel skills, including execution of simple Macros, and use of Power BI tools.

• Availability to travel around Europe (up to 30% maximum).
• Fluent in English and a French (a third language is a plus)
• Phone Communication skills.
• Experience in Compliance is a plus.
• Previous experience working in an administrative role, call center, analyzing documentation.
