Tasks
As part of the Data & Analytics Team, you'll play an active role in shaping the LAT Group's data infrastructure and driving its long-term development.
- You will assume technical and strategic responsibility for the Training Data Domain and establish structures, standards, and solutions for analytics and AI applications
- You will identify use cases, translate requirements into scalable data solutions, and oversee their implementation—from concept to go-live.
- You will work closely with the Training, Product Management, and Commercial teams and understand their requirements.
- You will drive the development of innovative, data-driven services based on training data
- You will ensure compliance with standards for data quality, documentation, and governance within the Training Data Domain and drive their continuous improvement

Requirements
Do you have excellent analytical skills, demonstrate a high degree of initiative, and want to actively drive projects forward in a multicultural environment? Then we’re looking for you to start as soon as possible!
- At least 5 years of professional experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, data analytics, or similar roles
- In-depth knowledge of data modeling and data transformation, as well as building data structures for analytics and reporting
- Practical experience with modern data platforms and cloud environments, ideally with Azure and Databricks
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and scalable data architectures
- Ability to independently drive projects and initiatives forward and successfully implement ideas into production
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach: You enjoy building new projects from the ground up and identifying opportunities
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
