Production Team Leader
Do you have experience managing teams and are you willing to work in shifts? Can you motivate people, maintain an overview and respond quickly to changing situations? Then we are looking for you.
As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the production department and ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently, safely and according to schedule.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the production team to achieve targets
- Ensure efficient production planning and execution within the set deadlines
- Coordinate production activities related to production, logistics and supply chain
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and hygiene regulations
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks within the production process
- Continuously contribute ideas for improvements within the production department
- Work closely with other departments, such as logistics, purchasing and quality
What are we looking for?
- Demonstrable experience in a leadership role within a production environment
- Willingness to work in shifts and work overtime when necessary
- Knowledge of production planning and ERP systems such as SAP or similar
- Good communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Dutch and Polish is an advantage
- A strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
