Strategic Projects Manager – Office of the CEO**

The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for driving, planning, executing, and completing strategic projects that are crucial to the organization. This role will involve working closely with different departments within the organization, as well as potentially partnering with external consultants and stakeholders.

ROLE:

Identify, assess, and solve critical challenges affecting the company across departments;
Lead the planning, execution, and completion of strategic initiatives;
Work closely with department heads and the C-suite to coordinate business efforts with strategic goals;
Generate insightful, data-driven analyses for strategy formulation;
Effectively oversee timelines, budgets, and resources;
Support the company’s overall strategic planning and long-term vision.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Business, Engineering or similar field; MBA is highly desirable;
At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role, or in consultancy, project management or business strategy;
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically while solving complex issues;
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and manage several projects simultaneously;
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work across functions and independently.
