Being a Salesforce Team Leader at Unipartner is both an exciting and rewarding opportunity.
In this role, you will lead teams and oversee the successful delivery of Salesforce projects, supporting the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions for our clients.
Acting as a technical reference, you will guide consultants on best practices, architecture decisions, and solution development, ensuring high standards of quality and business value across all engagements.
As part of this challenging role, you will have the opportunity to manage teams, coordinate demanding projects, and contribute to the evolution and growth of Unipartner's Salesforce offerings and services.
What is the challenge?
In this role, you will:
- Lead and support Salesforce development teams across multiple projects;
- Design, develop, and implement solutions based on Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds;
- Analyze functional and technical requirements and define the most appropriate solution approach;
- Support architecture decisions and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices;
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor development activities and project deliverables;
- Mentor team members and promote their technical and professional growth;
- Ensure code quality, system performance, and solution scalability;
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to guarantee successful project delivery;
- Participate in pre-sales activities and contribute to the evolution of Salesforce-related offerings.
Technical skills
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce technologies;
- Previous experience in team leadership, coordination, or mentoring roles;
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce Platform and CRM 360;
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud;
- Salesforce Development;
- Salesforce Architecture Knowledge;
- Visualforce and Apex;
- Lightning Framework / Lightning Web Components;
- Developer Console;
- SQL and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL);
- Experience with development tools such as Visual Studio Code, Git and ForceCode;
- Salesforce certifications will be considered a plus.
