We are specifically looking for someone who is motivated to work with strategic sales, key account management, and contract negotiations in an international environment.

As our new Senior Commercial Manager, you will be part of a professional and experienced sales team and report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

You should expect between 25-50 travel days per year.

As part of the team, we imagine that you:

• proven experience in sales and contract negotiations, preferably within the renewables, heavy, or offshore oil and gas industries
• strong commercial acumen and a structured approach to complex sales and contract management processes
• a collaborative team player with strong technical understanding
• build strong and trusted relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders across different cultures
• fluently in English, both verbally and in writing
