Join Liebherr, a global leader in engineering and manufacturing, as we advance our digital transformation journey. We are looking for a motivated SAP Sales Solutions Team Lead (m/f/d) to play a key role in our global S/4HANA transformation program (Horizon), based in our IT Shared Service Centre in Madrid.
In this role, you will lead the delivery and implementation of SAP Sales and Service processes across multiple rollout waves, ensuring alignment with Liebherr’s global template for Sales and Service companies (“Mixed Sales Companies”). You will be responsible for coordinating a team of SAP consultants and driving end-to-end implementation activities, from fit-to-template workshops through configuration, testing, and go-live support. You will work closely with Solution Architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and consistent solutions across countries. This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on delivery leadership with international exposure in one of Liebherr’s most strategic transformation programs.
The working location for this position will be in Madrid city, where we operate a hybrid model, requiring at least 40% of the working time on-site.

- Coordinate and guide a team of SAP consultants across implementation phases, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Drive and facilitate fit-to-template workshops, validating business requirements and identifying necessary adaptations within the defined template.
- Oversee system configuration and solution realization activities, ensuring adherence to design principles and minimizing custom developments.
- Coordinate and support integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution, ensuring end-to-end process integrity.
- Ensure readiness for cutover, go-live, and hypercare, supporting business teams during deployment and stabilization phases.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and other functional streams (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Field Service) to ensure seamless integration.
- Monitor delivery progress, risks, and dependencies, proactively addressing issues and escalating when necessary.
- Ensure proper documentation of solutions and processes, using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Support continuous improvement of delivery practices, contributing to the evolution of Liebherr’s global template and rollout methodology. HeadlineContributing your strengths: your qualifications

- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts, ideally in template-based and multi-country programs.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash and service processes, including integration with Finance, Logistics, and Service Management.
- Experience leading and coordinating teams of SAP consultants, with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop team members in a delivery-focused environment.
