Your responsibilities
- Managing and supervision over the production process
- Implementing production schedules, methods and processes
- Ensuring the effective use of workforce and equipment
- Optimalization of manufacturing and resolution of potential production issues
- Monitoring and analysis of the production process
- Initiating activities to improve productivity
- Cooperation with the Client, implementation of new solutions to meet requirements of our Client
- Assuring the compliance with H&S and quality standards
- Ensuring an appropriate level of competence of the production Team Our requirements
+ Higher technical education (Engineering/ Industry technical)
+ Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position
+ Business management background will be an advantage
+ Experience in the plastic processing industry, practical knowledge of the machines and SBM process will be valuable advantage
+ Strong Excel skills and SAP knowledge
+ Knowledge of production management processes and methods
+ Ability to solve problems, planning and prioritizing
+ Managing, guiding and motivating Team members
+ High level of interpersonal communication skills
+ Proactive approach
+ Fluent English (written and spoken) is absolutely necessary
