What you’ll be doing
A Global Patient Safety Compliance & Quality Specialist you will be part of the Global Patient Safety (GPS) team, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance across processes and partnerships. Your key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating Pharmacovigilance Agreements (PVAs) and maintaining oversight through the PVA Overview tracker
- Acting as process owner for assigned quality and compliance processes within Karo Healthcare
- Tracking compliance for Competent Authority submissions to non-EU countries
- Reviewing and approving deviations, CAPAs, and change controls related to GVP activities
- Managing and archiving quality and compliance documentation in accordance with Karo PV Quality System
- Supporting the EU & UK QPPVs in maintaining oversight of the PV system
- Collaborating cross-functionally to improve existing processes and establish new routines
- Be responsible for reconciliation activities with applicable Partners both outside and within territories of Europe
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Medicine, or a related Life Science field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with a pharmaceutical company
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Pharmacovigilance Guidelines and Regulations
- Fluent in English (a Nordic language is a plus)
- Experience working with Veeva is a plus
- Experience working with PVAs and in an international environment is a plus
