Upon joining our team of passionate aerospace experts, you will be responsible for both formal management of the team, development of the business/responsibilities within the newly created Research & Development Center as well as ensuring technical support and growth of the competences within the team. You will participate in creation of R&D Center strategy that includes, but is not limited to, Software, Hardware, Quality Management System, Financial processes, Roadmap for undertaking new responsibilities, Knowledge Capitalization System.

Full accountability for agreeing the projects, defining deadlines, tracking and reporting work progress in direct contact with international teams

Supervise, track and report progress of activities and projects within the team

Together with leadership team continue to develop the Research & Development Center by agreeing new responsibilities, supporting interview process, digitalizing workload and project management tools and other

Create friendly, professional and partner-relations focused working environment by deployment of best practices and highest ethical standards

Job Requirements

Language: English, C1

Master degree in engineering

Teamwork, analytical thinking, self-motivation, ‘can-do' attitude and decision-making skills

Ability of technical drawing interpretation

In-depth understanding of the Theory of Elasticity, Fatigue Strength and related challenges

Previous professional experience as a design engineer / mechanical engineer / stress engineer preferably in aerospace industry

Both strong technical and management skills

Ability to empower and motivate people
