Apply now! We are looking for a SALES ASSISTANT (Part-time and Full-time) for our store in Amsterdam The Style Outlets.

Your role:

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting sales and helping to achieve the shop’s targets. You will work with the team to ensure the shop is kept tidy, products are displayed correctly and day-to-day operations are managed effectively.

What you will do:

• Implement the company service model to ensure a high-level customer experience
• Promote excellence in sales, ensuring customer service and loyalty
• Share sales results and product needs with the Store Manager
• Ensure an impeccable image for the store, supported by the Visual department
• Be responsible for receiving, reordering and correctly arranging goods in the warehouse
• Carry out online sales support activities

What we are looking for in you:

• Strong aptitude for sales and customer service
• You enjoy working in a team and towards goals
• You are flexible, proactive and able to adapt to dynamic environments
• You are available for short trips for training and support in other stores
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and English
