This area of the Accounts & SSI Operations (ASO) team is responsible for supporting customer account opening and maintenance for the Prime Services business across a variety of systems. Reference Data Services Analyst is a trainee professional role that requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks, as well as a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. This also requires a good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.
What you'll do:
- Perform trend analysis and identifying root causes Implementing or suggesting solutions based on the root cause analysis
- Liaise with other teams globally to ensure data quality is remediated
- Provide a high level of customer service to our internal stakeholders
- Provide tangible metrics to Management
- Working shift: Shift based schedule, 8 hour shifts, starts at 10:00-18:00
What we'll need from you**:**
- Very good English knowledge (written & spoken)
- Good knowledge of Excel spreadsheet as an asset
- Managing various data remediation work streams Projects Knowledge
- Able to identify, trouble shoot issues and ultimately escalate
- Experience of maintaining client static data within a capital markets environment
- Takes ownership of allocated work and is accountable
- Bachelor’s/University degree or financial services related qualifications as an asset
