Job Summary Join our crew for a consistent 6 to 8–week contract starting 31 August 2026. You will be working alongside an experienced team and an on-site supervisor to build and dismantle various sizes of temporary structures (15m, 25m, and 45m tents) across key project locations in Central Europe. Machinery such as forklifts and all necessary installation equipment are fully provided on site.
Project Schedule
- Week 36: Monday – Tuesday: Venlo (NL) | Wednesday – Friday: Vijfhuizen (NL)
- Week 37: Monday – Friday: Mendig (DE) (Weekend work optional)
- Week 38: Monday – Thursday: Mendig (DE) | Friday: Micheroux (BE)
Hours & Compensation
- Hours: Approximately 40–45 hours per week (10-12hr shifts expected during peak build days)
- Duration: 6–8 weeks (roughly 2 months of guaranteed, consistent work)
- Pay Rate: €19.70 – €25.50 / hour (Note: Rates are calculated hourly based on standard Central European crew scales; travel, accommodation, and per diem allowances apply for stay-away assignments)
Key Duties
- Safely assemble, install, and dismantle 15m, 25m, and 45m clearspan temporary structures and tents.
- Unload, load, and handle specialized build equipment under supervisor direction.
- Assist with site setup including cassette flooring, framing, bracing, and staging.
- Maintain strict site safety, keeping work areas clean, secure, and organized.
- Support site crew chiefs and operators with logistically demanding build phases.
Requirements & Skills
- Right to Work: Must hold valid EU citizenship, dual citizenship, or legal authorization to work across Central Europe (Netherlands, Germany, Belgium).
- Tax Status: Registered local EU sole trader/self-employed status or equivalent standard working status.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel between project sites and work stay-away contracts.
- Fitness & Gear: Strong physical fitness for heavy lifting, plus plain/unbranded PPE (steel toe boots, hard hat, hi-vis vest).
- Certifications (Preferred): Valid forklift ticket, Working at Height, CSCS/EU equivalent safety cards, or IPAF/PASMA.
- Attitude: Reliable, punctual, team-oriented, and safety-focused under tight build deadlines.
