Restaurant Manager
Location: Dutch Caribbean
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a luxury resort operation in the Caribbean. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on hospitality professional with strong restaurant operations experience, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure consistently high service standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team.
- Maintain excellent guest satisfaction and handle feedback professionally.
- Coordinate closely with culinary and F&B leadership.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, costs, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company standards.
Requirements
- Previous Restaurant Manager or similar F&B leadership experience.
- Luxury hotel or resort experience strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills.
- Comfortable working in an international island/resort environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- USD $4,000 gross per month
- Monthly tips and service charge
- One-bedroom, semi-furnished accommodation
- USD $125 gross monthly travel allowance
- Utilities are the employee's responsibility.
