The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for overseeing, planning, executing, and finalizing strategic projects that are vital to the organization. This role will involve coordinating with multiple departments within the organization, as well as potentially engaging with external consultants and stakeholders.
ROLE:
Identify, evaluate, and tackle critical issues impacting the company across departments;
Supervise the planning, execution, and successful completion of strategic projects;
Work closely with department heads and the C-suite to align company-wide activities with strategic goals;
Deliver analytics-driven insights to support strategy formulation;
Successfully manage schedules, budgets, and resources;
Contribute to the organization’s overall strategic planning and future direction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent area; MBA is highly desirable;
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position, or within consultancy, project management or business strategy;
Proven capacity to think strategically and analytically and address complex challenges;
Ability to perform effectively in a high-paced environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously;
Leadership capabilities and the ability to operate cross-functionally and independently.
