We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Integrated Routing Platform and lead the transformation of how Maersk designs, governs, and executes routing decisions across our global network . You will drive the evolution from legacy routing processes to intelligent, scalable, and increasingly automated routing capabilities. A high-impact, global role in a collaborative, forward-thinking team. Ownership of process design and continuous improvement in a fast-evolving space. Opportunities to collaborate with senior stakeholders across Network Design, Operations, Technology, and Commercial functions.
You will work closely with both business and tech teams, helping to shape smarter, scalable routing solutions that deliver real value across commercial, operational, and network design functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the product and process roadmap for Routing Engine, ensuring alignment with business strategy, operational priorities, and the broader Integrated Routing transformation.
Own product outcomes and value realization, including defining success metrics, establishing tracking mechanisms, and ensuring delivery of operational, compliance, automation, and business benefits through to business-as-usual.
Lead product discovery and solution exploration, identifying opportunities to simplify routing processes and deliver measurable business value through automation, data, and AI.
Own routing process governance, including policies, business rules, decision frameworks, controls, and compliance requirements, ensuring consistent routing outcomes and a smooth transition from legacy systems to modern routing capabilities.
Support implementation through change management and stakeholder engagement. Align stakeholders across Business, Technology, Network Design, Operations, and Area teams to build consensus and drive decision-making.
Drive the migration of routing capabilities from legacy platforms to modern, scalable product solutions, ensuring business continuity and minimizing operational disruption.
Contribute to annual operating planning, investment prioritization, budget cycles, and business case development for routing initiatives.
What you bring:
Product leadership — Proven experience defining product vision, owning roadmaps, prioritizing outcomes, translating business needs into epics and requirements, and driving product delivery in partnership with engineering teams.
AI & automation — Experience identifying and implementing automation and AI opportunities that simplify processes, improve scalability, and enhance decision-making.
Data-driven decision making — Strong analytical mindset with experience using data, metrics, and business insights to guide prioritization and measure outcomes.
Process improvement — Strong understanding of operational excellence and lean methodology, with a track record of improving systems and processes.
Logistics expertise — Deep understanding of logistics, transportation planning, routing, network optimization, or supply chain operational processes.
Stakeholder management — Ability to influence, align, and build consensus across a complex matrix organization and a diverse set of business and technology stakeholders.
Business & technology translation — Ability to bridge business and technology, translating complex operational challenges into scalable product and process solutions.
Ways of working — Resilience, agility, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive transformation in evolving environments.
