A large private estate in Greece is seeking a Temporary Chief Stewardess to join ASAP through to approximately 8th September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chief Stew who can step into a busy, high-end household and provide strong leadership to the service team. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, able to keep the team organised, maintain exceptional standards and ensure the operation runs smoothly throughout a busy guest period.
The role will involve acting as the main link between the guests and the chefs, communicating meal preferences, dietary requirements and daily schedules, while always thinking one step ahead. Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs are essential.
The estate caters to high-net-worth individuals, so discretion, professionalism and a calm approach are paramount. Previous experience working with UHNW clients, either ashore or onboard large yachts is a must.
Candidates must be able to integrate quickly into an existing team, provide clear direction and maintain a positive working environment during a busy period. An NDA will be required due to the private nature of the role.
