About the role
Are you a transformational HR leader who thrives in complex manufacturing environments? We're looking for a strategic and hands-on HR professional to drive business transformation, strengthen employee relations, and shape the future of our Tissue site organizations in DACH.
The position is based in Mannheim.
What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop HR Professionals at several sites, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and customer-focused HR organization
- Serve as a trusted partner to the site leadership team on all people-related topics with a focus on business performance
- Lead organizational change, transformation, restructuring, and culture initiatives and be a champion of continuous improvement and embed change across the site
- Support leaders to strengthen performance, talent, and succession management and lead Works Council and employee representative negotiations, building constructive partnerships
- Own the HR operational agenda for the assigned site area, including headcount planning, personnel cost budgeting, and monitoring of workforce-related KPIs
- Provide expert guidance to leaders on labour law, employee relations, and complex people matters
- Ensure compliant, efficient, and high-quality HR operational processes across the sites in strong collaboration with HR Services, Compensation & Benefits and EATA while using people data and insights to improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness
Who you are

- Several years of HR leadership experience, ideally in matrix-manufacturing or industrial environments
- Proven track record leading large-scale change and transformation programs
- Strong expertise in Works Council negotiations, labor law, and employee relations
- Demonstrated people leadership and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
