Project manager for VMWare to Google Kubernetes Engine

Detailed description of work task to be carried out

Coordinate delivery execution in Google Kubernetes Engine workstream. This role and workstream is part of a bigger program.

Main responsibilities in this role:

• Coordinate delivery execution in Google Kubernetes Engine workstream
• Plan and manage delivery activities, including timelines, dependencies, resources, risks
• Monitor and report delivery progress and risks, proactively identifying issues and risk and escalating where needed to ensure predictable execution
• Uphold project management discipline by promoting a strong delivery culture

Must-have knowledge and experience

Hands on experience as PM in Google Cloud transformation projects and hands on experience working with containerized application portfolios in Google Kubernetes Engine is a must have. Experience in this area should be described in the application.
