About the role
We’re looking for a driven Process Engineer who is passionate about optimizing and shaping inspection processes within our Assembly department. In this key role, you'll be the driving force behind robust, high-quality workflows that support our mission to deliver excellence on a scale.
You will also play a meaningful part in advancing our automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement goals — making a lasting impact on both our products and production capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and improve manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness
- Investigate process-related issues and implement corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies or automation solutions
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability
- Create and maintain process documentation
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations What we offer

- Bachelor’s or master’s in a engineering field (preferably electrical, mechanical, physics, industrial or chemical engineering)
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong data analysis skills (SPC, DOE, KPI monitoring)
- Knowledge of statistical tools (Minitab) and MS Excel for data analysis
- Understanding of quality standards (ISO, IPC) and regulatory requirements
- Ability to create and maintain process documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans)
- Preferred Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001 and familiar with APQP, PPAP
- Influence and leadership in drive change initiatives
- Proficient in English (written and spoken) About Prodrive Technologies
