On this journey we have an opening for a Business Controller to join the Finance support team for the Operations & Technology area.
OUR ROLE
As a Business Controller supporting the Operations & Technology areas, you'll be a trusted finance partner, providing financial insights and decision support that drive business performance. You'll collaborate closely with operational and technology stakeholders to manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, helping optimize costs, improve resource allocation, and ensure investments align with strategic priorities. By translating financial data into actionable recommendations, you'll enable informed decision-making and contribute to achieving both operational excellence and long-term business objectives.
The position is full-time, and the employment relationship is with VITA Brands. The work is done in a hybrid model, working out of our Vita Brands main office in Copenhagen, just on top of Flintholm Station.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT VITA BRANDS
- Lead performance analysis across sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing to inform business decisions
- Drive operational efficiency by identifying improvement opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of planning, forecasting, and month end close activities in line with Group Finance
- Manage the consolidation of actuals, budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for the Supply Chain function
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, financial models, and cost transparency tools to support leadership visibility
- Deliver high quality financial reporting and insight that enables data driven decision making
- Define and implement standardized financial controls and reporting practices across the function
- Apply advanced tools and systems (e.g., Power BI, SAP, HFM, BW) to strengthen reporting capabilities and analytical depth
WHO YOU ARE
- 4+ years of experience in finance business partnering and controlling within supply chain
- Proven experience of working with large data sets to support performance analysis
- Solid understanding of standard cost principles and financial processes in supply chain operations
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, HFM, BW, and Power BI is an advantage
- M.Sc. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent practical experience
- Full fluency in our working language, English
