Constellation Cold Logistics, headquartered in London, is a private equity-backed, pan-European cold storage and temperature-controlled logistics group focused on building a connected European platform by combining strong local businesses with the resources and capabilities of a wider international group. In February 2026, Constellation acquired the long-established German logistics business Wohlert, marking its entry into the German market. The business subsequently rebranded as Constellation Cold Logistics in October 2026.

We are looking for a Cold Store Administrator to support the accurate and efficient administration of inbound and outbound cold-store operations. You will work closely with warehouse colleagues and customers, maintain data in the warehouse management system and ensure that orders and documentation are completed correctly.

Key Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound goods orders and enter the related orders in the warehouse management system.
• Review entered data and make corrections where required.
• Communicate with warehouse colleagues and customers to support smooth order processing.
• Complete order confirmations and prepare the required documentation.
• Clarify discrepancies and differences and process returns.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in 3PL / Logistics / Supply Chain Solutions Design
• Completed commercial vocational training or substantial professional experience in office-based work is desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Resilience, commitment and willingness to take responsibility.
• A reliable, independent and team-oriented approach to work.
