E-Commerce Shop Owner (m/f/d)

We are looking for someone who is keen to rethink e-commerce, to connect modern tech stacks with AI-supported processes, and to actively help shape our digital presence. Your responsibilities

• Shop architecture & further development: You maintain and optimize our online shop technically and actively shape the digital user experience (UX/conversion).
• AI & automation integration: You test and implement modern AI tools to automate processes in shop management, content creation, and data maintenance, making them more efficient.
• Onpage & SEO optimization: You implement technical SEO measures and optimize the performance and structure of our product detail pages.
• Web design & frontend adjustments: You independently implement web design adjustments.
• Analysis & troubleshooting: You monitor technical performance, analyze data, and independently resolve errors in the shop.

Your profile

• Solid e-commerce experience: You bring experience in website management and with common e-commerce platforms.
• Tech affinity & AI curiosity: You have a strong affinity for digital tools and a keen interest in diving deep into prompt engineering, AI automation, and modern workflows.
• Hands-on mentality with structure: You want to try things out, implement them yourself ("build"), and stand out through a logical, process-oriented way of working.
• Basic web knowledge: You are familiar with technical SEO and the fundamentals of modern web structures.
• No industry knowledge required: You don't have to be a horse person. What matters to us is that you're passionate about excellent e-commerce and new technologies.
