ALL-ROUND MAINTENANCE EMPLOYEE/ ENGINEER

Do you enjoy fixing things and keeping a hotel running smoothly?

As an All Round Maintenance Employee / Engineer, you ensure our hotel facilities are safe, functional, and well maintained every day.

Responsibilities:

• You will focus on the daily maintenance of all areas as well as preventive maintenance to ensure guests enjoy the utmost comfort during their stay
• You will locate technical failures and make sure they get solved
• You will conduct inspection rounds in the hotel
• You will contact third parties in case of failures which cannot be solved by the team
• You will operate and ensure the proper functioning of the Building Management System
• You take care of administrative tasks related to the Engineering department

• This role is graded under the Dutch Horeca CLA using the ‘referentiefuncties Horeca’ and is classified in salary group V, including the applicable salary scale for full time employment. The corresponding gross monthly salary scale ranges from €2.505,04–€3.032,79, based on full time employment. The starting level within the scale depends on experience.
• We offer 25 vacation days (full-time), 8% holiday allowance, travel allowance, daily meal, and 5 extra paid paternity leave days after 1 year Qualifications

Qualifications:

• You are eligible to work in the Netherlands
• You have great language skills in English and preferably in Dutch as well
• You have technical insight and affinity with repair work
• It is not a problem for you to work in rotating shifts (morning/evening) and weekends (2-3 weekends per month).
• You have experience in leading a team
• You thrive through the buzz of working in a dynamic team and in a great hotel
• You are eager to learn and grow
• You are ready for a new challenge

Preferred qualifications:

• You have a year work experience in preferably a similar position
• BHV
• SVH Certificate
• Basic Dutch Knowledge
