We are looking for a Global Senior Product Owner to join our Digital Channels area in the Madrid Technology Hub, taking end-to-end ownership of the product vision, roadmap and delivery of several agile teams working on our alarm management mobile app — a product used daily by millions of customers across Europe and Latin America.

This role works closely with business owners from discovery to implementation, driving Verisure Securitas Direct's strategic vision in a fast-paced, customer-focused IoT environment. Vision, road mapping and prioritization will be a key part of your daily work, combining a deep understanding of business needs with technical judgement.

Our teams are actively adopting AI-assisted practices across the software development lifecycle, and our product roadmap includes AI-powered customer experiences. You will work at the heart of this AI SDLC transformation — a change the whole area shares ownership of — helping your teams make the most of it.

Main Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap and backlog of several agile teams, ensuring alignment with the Digital Channels strategy and company objectives.
• Work closely with stakeholders across countries and functions — from discovery to delivery — to identify opportunities, shape solutions and prioritize based on customer and business impact.
• Translate high-level business requirements and epics into clear user stories and help the teams define solid acceptance criteria.
• Make prioritization decisions informed by data: product metrics, customer feedback and delivery performance.
• Ensure quality, pace and consistency of ways of working across your teams and help raise the bar across the wider area.
• Coordinate dependencies with other Product Owners, platform teams and impacted teams outside the area.
• Champion the adoption of AI-assisted development practices within your teams as part of the area's SDLC transformation.
• Lead cross-area initiatives beyond your own teams, with visibility at area and company level.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of proven experience in IT, with solid experience as a Product Owner in agile environments.
• Experience managing several teams and their stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience in digital products — ideally B2C mobile apps at scale.
• Strong skills in requirements definition, user story writing and backlog management.
• Experience in process design and business analysis.
• Comfortable using product metrics and data to drive prioritization decisions.
• Advanced English.
