Analytics Specialist, Experimentation & Testing - Copenhagen
ECCO · Copenhagen, Denmark
You apply on the site where the job is posted. I never handle applications.
Can you turn data, experimentation and customer behaviour into insights that shape how millions of customers engage with ECCO across the globe?
Join a newly established team at the heart of Customer Engagement & Loyalty, where your analyses and recommendations will help define how we optimise customer experiences across channels and markets. This is an opportunity to influence how experimentation is embedded into our ways of working while helping create more relevant, personalised and effective customer journeys.
Drive experimentation that improves customer experiences
As our new Analytics Specialist, Experimentation & Testing, you will play a key role in building a data-driven culture around testing, optimisation and customer engagement. Working closely with CRM, Marketing, Data & Analytics, IT and local market teams, you will help translate business questions into measurable experiments and actionable insights.
You will join the Customer Engagement & Loyalty organisation and collaborate with colleagues across markets and functions. The team combines curiosity, collaboration and a genuine willingness to learn from one another while continuously improving how we engage with our customers worldwide.
More specifically, you will:
- Design, execute and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests across customer journeys and campaigns.
- Analyse customer behaviour, campaign performance and engagement data to uncover opportunities for optimisation.
- Partner with CRM, Marketing, Data & Analytics and market teams to define hypotheses and testing roadmaps.
- Translate complex findings into clear recommendations that support business decisions and improve customer experiences.
- Support the development of best practices, frameworks and reporting that strengthen experimentation capabilities across ECCO.
You combine analytical rigour with commercial curiosity
You enjoy exploring data to answer meaningful business questions and are motivated by turning insights into actions. You are comfortable working with stakeholders across functions and know how to balance attention to detail with a practical approach to delivery.
We imagine that you bring:
- Experience within analytics, experimentation, optimisation or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, statistical analysis and performance measurement.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets and visualisation tools.
- The ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Great ideas and different perspectives strengthen our teams, so we encourage you to apply even if your experience does not match every requirement listed above.
Help shape the future of customer engagement
This is an opportunity to join a growing area of the business where experimentation and insight play an increasingly important role. You will have the chance to influence how we work, build new capabilities and collaborate with colleagues across our global organisation. Along the way, you will continue developing your own skills while helping ECCO create even better customer experiences.
