Senior Lead - IT Applications (D365) M/F
We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead - IT Applications (ERP) to support and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environment across a global business landscape. This role combines ERP support, user engagement, process improvement, and collaboration with stakeholders across different countries and functions.

Responsibilities
Serve as a key point of contact for business users and stakeholders regarding D365-related topics
Support daily ERP operations and resolve user requests and system issues
Participate in D365 implementation and continuous improvement projects
Conduct user meetings, workshops, and training sessions
Prepare ERP documentation, deployment updates, and process materials
Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
Support global users and ensure smooth ERP operations across multiple locations
Contribute to process optimization and system enhancement initiatives
Our requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is required, especially Finance modules
Solid understanding of ERP processes and business operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience supporting global users and international teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects
Knowledge of finance processes and ERP finance modules is highly appreciated
Ability to work independently and effectively cooperate with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors
Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
Nice to have
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or production environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
