Revenue Data Strategy Manager

Description

The Revenue Data Strategy Manager is responsible for defining and executing strategies that ensure Infor's revenue organization has access to accurate, compliant, scalable, and actionable contact data. This role owns the end-to-end contact data lifecycle, including acquisition, quality, governance, automation, retention, and process optimization.

Working across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Revenue Technology, and Privacy teams, this individual will drive initiatives that improve contact data quality, expand contact coverage, support automation, and enable data-driven decision making. The role combines data strategy, analytics, project management, process improvement, and stakeholder management to support pipeline generation and revenue growth.

This is an Individual Contributor role and does not include direct people management responsibilities.### A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Defining and evolving contact data strategies aligned with business and revenue priorities.
• Managing initiatives to improve contact acquisition, coverage, quality, and usability across the revenue organization.
• Establishing and maintaining data governance standards, operating procedures, and lifecycle management practices.
• Leading projects focused on data quality, process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and workflow technologies to reduce manual effort and improve scale.
• Partnering with Revenue Technology teams to support system enhancements and process improvements.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Privacy teams to align priorities and drive outcomes.
• Managing project plans, risks, dependencies, communications, and stakeholder updates.
• Developing documentation, best practices, and enablement materials that support adoption of new processes and capabilities.
• Acting as a subject matter expert for contact data strategy, governance, and operational processes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Strategy, Data Management, Data Analytics, Marketing Operations, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with Salesforce and revenue technology ecosystems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable operational solutions.
• Experience working with data governance, process design, reporting, or business operations initiatives.
• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM automation, AI-enabled workflows, or data management programs.
• Experience with tools such as LeanData, CRMA, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn data solutions, Power Automate, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of contact data governance, retention, privacy, and compliance practices.
• Experience leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and business functions.
• Experience supporting data quality, reporting, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives.
