Intercompany Analyst

Now we are looking for the Intercompany Analyst, who will share those BEST’ values and will be team member in the expert’s team responsible for the MEC activities and Intercompany reporting.

Job Purpose:

The Intercompany Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant accounting and reconciliation of intercompany transactions across assigned entities. Playing a key role in the financial operations of the HUBs, the analyst works closely with internal stakeholders and foreign affiliates to resolve discrepancies and streamline intercompany processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Intercompany Accounting: Perform daily posting, verification, and processing of intercompany invoices, transactions, and settlements.
• Reconciliations: Conduct monthly intercompany reconciliations (Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable), identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Dispute Management: Investigate and follow up on unmatched transactions or billing queries with relevant international counterparts and local finance teams.
• Month-End Closing: Support the month-end closing process by preparing necessary journal entries, accruals, and reporting packages within tight deadlines.
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure all intercompany processes comply with group accounting standards, local regulations, and internal controls. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in intercompany workflows and proactively contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives.
