Description and Requirements

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated professional to join Lenovo's Nordic Channel organization.

As one of the most channel-focused vendors in the IT industry, operating with a 100% indirect go-to-market strategy, we are strengthening our One Lenovo Channel structure and expanding our Nordic organization in key areas. We are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative leader who is passionate about building strong partnerships, developing high-performing teams, and driving business growth across our distribution landscape.

As Nordic Distribution Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and developing our distributor strategy across all Lenovo business groups in the Nordics and Baltics.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Lead a team of five Distribution Account Managers across the region.
• Support, coach and develop the DAM team to execute quarterly assortment and inventory plans with our distribution partners.
• Drive marketing and demand generation initiatives together with distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor distributor inventory levels across the Nordics, ensuring healthy stock positions and timely actions when adjustments are needed.
• Partner closely with Product Management teams to ensure strong two-way communication, aligned priorities, and coordinated execution.
• Play a key role in the Nordic SMB business management and forecasting cadence by providing distributor insights, business assessments, forecast accuracy, and execution updates.
• Lead the quarterly target planning and deployment process together with Operations and relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular forecast and business review meetings across the organization.
• Build strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders at our distributors, including senior leadership and executive-level contacts.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and identify opportunities to grow and strengthen our partnerships.

• Experience working with distribution, supply chain, logistics, channel sales, or related business environments.
• A solid commercial understanding and ability to translate business insights into actions.
• Experience from the IT industry and existing relationships with Nordic IT distributors would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Additional Nordic language capabilities are valued.
