We are looking for a skilled Web Project Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis for a maternity cover. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of key projects, bring fresh perspectives, and drive real business impact from day one.
Overview
The Web Project Manager is responsible for leading the execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our global website experiences. This role ensures high-quality delivery of digital initiatives through strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and a user-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of web initiatives, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment, from briefing to launch.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal stakeholders across the division and affiliate markets to plan and implement website updates, features, and enhancements.
- Coordinate with internal and external development teams and agencies to ensure smooth execution of technical requirements.
Analytics & Optimization
- Collaborate with the team to track performance analytics, evaluate content engagement, and identify opportunities to improve user experience.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Documentation & Reporting
- Develop clear and structured documentation, including project briefs, meeting minutes, reports, and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain transparent and accurate progress updates across all projects.
Website Quality & Maintenance
- Oversee ongoing site maintenance to ensure websites meet brand guidelines, UX best practices, and technical standards.
- Identify opportunities to streamline web content management workflows to accelerate delivery and improve efficiency.
Experience & Qualifications
Required
- 2–3+ years of experience managing web projects or digital product initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and drive results under shifting priorities.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Contentful, Shopify, or similar.
- Strong ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Solid analytical capabilities, with experience interpreting data to guide decision-making.
- Excellent organizational skills, including planning, prioritizing, and managing deadlines.
- A user-first mindset with the ability to understand diverse perspectives and improve experiences accordingly.
Additional Must-Haves
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working across diverse teams.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana or comparable solutions).
- Ability to anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and proactively improve processes.
- Adaptability and confidence in managing multiple projects with different levels of complexity.
