What will you do?

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will lead a team of warehouse employees and be responsible for the daily operational performance of your department. You ensure that safety, quality, productivity, and customer service remain at the highest level while creating an engaging and supportive work environment for your team.

Your responsibilities include:

✅ Leading, coaching, and developing a team of warehouse professionals

✅ Driving performance through clear objectives, KPI monitoring, and daily operational meetings

✅ Ensuring sufficient staffing levels and proactively identifying resource needs

✅ Supporting onboarding, training, and employee development

✅ Managing performance, attendance, and well-being conversations

✅ Promoting a positive team culture focused on collaboration, ownership, and accountability

✅ Identifying and implementing process improvements using Lean and Kaizen principles

✅ Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies

✅ Collaborating with other warehouse departments and support functions to achieve operational excellence

What do you bring?

• MBO Level 4 education, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience leading operational teams within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, safety standards, and performance management
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to make timely decisions in a dynamic environment
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); SAP WM experience is a plus
• Professional proficiency in English
• Dutch and/or German language skills are an advantage
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €2.800,00 - €3.500,00 per month
