Your Task

• Design of solution architecture for new functionalities, products and system changes
• Analysis of business and technical requirements and their translation into the target solution
• Define components, interfaces, integrations, and data flows
• Cooperation with Enterprise Architect on compliance with standards and architectural direction
• Cooperation with development teams to clarify the feasibility and method of implementation
• Identification of architectural, integration and technological risks
• Addressing non-functional requirements such as security, performance, scalability and maintainability
• Support work planning by indicating dependencies, constraints and recommended order of implementation
• Documenting key architectural decisions and supporting their implementation

Your Profile

• Minimum 7 years of IT experience
• Experience in the design of IT solutions or systems architecture
• Very good knowledge of the software life cycle and the realities of the work of development teams
• Experience in designing integrations, APIs and inter-system communication
• Good knowledge of non-functional issues: security, performance, scalability, availability
• Ability to create clear technical and architectural documentation
• Experience working with business, product owners, developers and delivery roles
• Ability to make technical decisions and justify compromises
• High autonomy, communicative and solution-oriented
• English language proficiency minimum at B2 level

• Experience as a senior developer, tech lead or software architect
• Experience with microservice architecture, event-driven or integration systems
• Knowledge of cloud, DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Experience with legacy systems transformation
• Knowledge of architectural modeling tools and practices
• Experience in an organization developing software for their own needs
