The challenge
Talk360 helps users across the world to make reliable international calls to the people who matter most. Every day, people across 190 countries rely on us when they need to reach family, friends, customers or colleagues. Right now, almost everything we say about our product assumes a single narrative. But our users are not one audience. Someone calling their parents every Sunday has different needs and motivations than someone calling customers overseas every day for work. The same is true for our features: someone sharing credit with a colleague expects something very different from someone sharing credit with a family member abroad, yet today we describe both in exactly the same way.
That's where you come in. As our first Product Marketing Manager, you'll define how Talk360 is positioned, understood and brought to market. Working at the intersection of Product, Commercial and Customer Insight, you'll turn features into stories, launches into adoption, and customer insight into sharper positioning. Most importantly, you'll help us move from marketing one product to speaking to the many reasons millions of people rely on Talk360 as we continue to expand beyond international calling.
We're a lean, international team of around 30 people, profitable since 2025, and expanding beyond our core app through embedded calling for B2B2C partners. We need someone who wants to define how a company like that talks about itself, not someone who wants a narrative that's already been written.
What You'll Do
- Own how the world understands Talk360. Define the positioning, messaging and storytelling that brings our product to life for millions of people around the world.
- Lead go-to-market for everything we launch. From new features to major product releases, you'll shape launch strategies that drive awareness, adoption and long-term customer value.
- Obsess over our users. Turn research, behavioural data and user conversations into sharper messaging, stronger campaigns and better commercial outcomes.
- Own our online product experience. Own Talk360.com, continuously improving how we explain our product and convert visitors into loyal users.
- Be the bridge between Product and Commercial. Ensure product innovation translates into commercial success by aligning Marketing, Product and Support around one clear story.
- Influence what comes next. Use customer insight and market intelligence to shape product positioning, identify new opportunities and help guide future product decisions.
The Team
You'll sit closest to Edgar (Chief Revenue Officer), Ruben and Yulia (Paid and Organic Channel Specialists), Nikita (CRM) and Quintin, Kseniia and Cameron (Product Team). We're a flat, lean team, so you'll have real, direct exposure to product and commercial decisions from day one, not a filtered version of them.
What You'll Bring
- A product marketer's mindset. You know how to turn features into stories, products into propositions and launches into customer adoption.
- User curiosity. You constantly ask "Why would someone care?" and use research, behavioural data and customer conversations to find the answer.
- Commercial instinct. You understand that product marketing exists to drive business outcomes—from acquisition and activation to retention and lifetime value.
- Strong messaging skills. You know how positioning, copy and storytelling influence customer behaviour, and you have the judgement to craft messaging that resonates with different audiences.
- Evidence over assumptions. You're comfortable using data to validate ideas, measure success and uncover new opportunities for growth.
- Experience in consumer tech. You've worked in B2C, ideally in a fast-growing, international business where products evolve quickly and customer expectations are high.
- End-to-end feature ownership experience: you've launched features before, tracked how they performed, and gone back to adjust wording, positioning, or the feature itself based on what the data and user conversations told you.
- AI fluency: actively using AI tools in your day-to-day work (drafting and testing copy variants, synthesizing user research, speeding up campaign iteration), not just casually aware they exist.
Who You Are
- Curious by nature: you ask why, and you keep asking until you actually understand a segment instead of assuming you do.
- Bold: you can stand up to both the product team and the commercial team with "this is the right call, because I know our users," and hold that line.
- Driven to win. You want to be the best at this, not just good enough.
- Genuinely invested in the mission, not just the paycheck: there's real purpose in helping people stay connected to who and what matters to them.
- You're based in or around Amsterdam and able to come to our office at least 3 times a week (on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday).

About Talk360
Talk360 was founded with a clear purpose: to become the most accessible and reliable calling app for African diaspora communities, both within Africa and abroad. For our users, calls are not transactional, they are emotional lifelines to family, friends, and essential support networks. When service quality drops, they feel it immediately. That responsibility drives everything we build.
Over the past years, Talk360 has grown into a global communications platform connecting more than 6 million people worldwide last year. We successfully spun off our payments arm into NjiaPay, stepped into the gap left by the discontinuation of Skype, and achieved profitable growth from 2025 onwards, marking our transition from early-stage scale-up to a disciplined, sustainable business.
As we continue to grow, we are expanding beyond our own B2C app. We are now launching our first embedded calling products within partner platforms, bringing Talk360’s technology into new ecosystems and enabling partners to offer international calling directly within their own products.
Our ambition is bold: to become the world’s most trusted way to call any real phone number — connecting migrants, travellers, professionals, and businesses across the globe.
Here’s what our users say:
“I like Talk360 because it saves me a lot of money. I used to call from Zimbabwe for 15 rands a minute. Talk360 came to the rescue. Now I can call my mother for hours.” — Google Play, South Africa
“Talk360 is a simple and reliable app for cheap international calls. It works even if the receiver has no internet, offers good call quality, and has transparent pricing.” — Google Play, United States
“It is a flawless experience with no hustles at all and the tariffs are more than just fair.” — Trustpilot, United Kingdom
