We are looking for a delivery-focused Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end IoT and telecommunications initiatives in a complex, international environment. You will act as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams, ensuring successful project delivery across global markets.

You will be based in Warsaw with occasional travel to Germany (up to 10%).

What tasks await you?

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IoT and telecommunications projects from initiation to implementation and operational handover,
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and delivery roadmaps with business and technical stakeholders,
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, architecture, operations, vendors) to ensure timely delivery,
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and customers throughout the project lifecycle,
• Organize and lead project meetings, status updates, and steering committees,
• Collaborate with technical teams on implementation planning across core, transport, cloud, and IoT platforms,
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, resources, and budgets,
• Ensure proper project governance, reporting, and documentation,
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and best practices. What skills will be appreciated?

• Experience in technical project management or program delivery in telecom, IoT, IT, or similar environments,
• Understanding of telecom/networking, IoT, or cloud solutions is a strong plus,
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid),
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in complex technical environments,
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills,
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar,
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills,
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment,
• Very good command of English,
