Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer with expertise in React Spring Boot GenAI including LLMOps and cloudnative application development to join our technology team in Warsaw Poland

Location Warsaw Poland Hybrid 3 days office 2 days remote subject to project requirements Experience 5 to 7 years Employment Type Full Time Work Model Hybrid Strong development experience in Reactjs and backend development with Java Spring Boot Expertise in Microservices architecture and REST API development Handson experience with Cloud platforms AWS Azure or GCP Proficient in containerization technologies including Docker OpenShift and Kubernetes Experience in developing scalable secure and highperformance enterprisegrade web applications Familiarity with database technologies including SQL and NoSQL Experience with Gitbased source control systems Exposure to Generative AI specifically GenAI solutions LLM integrations RAG AIassisted development and newly added LLMOps Knowledge of DevOps practices including CICD pipelines release and environment management Agile Scrum delivery experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering IT or related discipline Preferred Experience with Lightspeed platformtools DevSecOps practices bankingfinancial services domain eventdriven architectures Kafka cloudnative monitoring and observability tools and securityfirst development

Roles and Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain enterprisegrade web applications using React and Spring Boot

Develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices

Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React and modern JavaScriptTypeScript frameworks

Implement secure highperformance backend services

Deploy and manage applications on cloud environments

Develop containerized applications using Docker and manage deployments with OpenShift and Kubernetes

Ensure high availability scalability and reliability of applications

Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews

Write clean maintainable and testable code

Perform code reviews and support quality engineering practices

Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions

Contribute to CICD pipelines and automated deployment processes

Support release management and environment management activities

Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams for smooth deployments

Work closely with Product Owners Architects QA teams and business stakeholders

Participate in sprint planning estimation standups and retrospectives

Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Integrate and operate Generative AI models with focus on LLMOps for efficient lifecycle management and deployment
