Responsibilities
BTP Administration
Create, delete, configure, and maintain SAP BTP subaccounts and support day-to-day platform operations
BTP Configuration
Manage BTP entitlements, destinations, Cloud Foundry Organizations and Spaces, and custom role collections
Cloud Connector
Onboard and configure SAP Cloud Connector with BTP subaccounts and manage certificates and maintenance activities
Identity & SSO
Configure SSO with Microsoft Entra ID and SAP Identity Authentication Service and manage role onboarding
Security Monitoring
Onboard BTP subaccounts to vulnerability monitoring solutions and support remediation activities
Logging & Monitoring
Integrate SAP BTP logs with enterprise monitoring and SIEM platforms and support ongoing monitoring
Patching & Maintenance
Coordinate SAP Cloud Connector patching and other technical maintenance activities with external teams
Troubleshooting
Provide administration, troubleshooting, and operational support across the SAP BTP landscape
Requirements
SAP BTP Administration
Proven experience administering SAP BTP environments and supporting enterprise platform operations
BTP Platform Knowledge
Hands-on experience with BTP subaccounts, entitlements, destinations, and Cloud Foundry
Cloud Connector
Practical knowledge of SAP Cloud Connector, including onboarding, configuration, certificates, and maintenance
Identity & SSO
Experience with SAP IAS, SSO configuration, Microsoft Entra ID, and identity federation
Roles & Authorization
Experience managing roles, role collections, and authorization concepts in SAP BTP
Security Management
Understanding of security and vulnerability management within enterprise SAP environments
Monitoring & Logging
Experience with logging, monitoring, and integration with enterprise SIEM solutions
Technical Support
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to work independently
