About the role

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating, and developing your team toward set goals
• Ensuring guests always get the highest level of service and quality
• Planning, organizing, and following up on restaurant operations
• Driving sales and profitability through clear KPIs
• Recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members
• Scheduling, staff budget, and work environment
• Making sure guidelines and routines are followed to Taco Bell's standards

We're looking for someone who

• Has proven experience as a restaurant manager, assistant manager, or in a similar leadership role within restaurant, QSR, café, or retail
• Is a natural leader who can inspire and build engagement in their team
• Is structured, results-focused, and used to working toward set goals
• Communicates well and can handle both guests and staff professionally
• Is flexible and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
