WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role reports to the Senior Manager, Footwear Product Line Management. The Lead Product Line Manager works closely with the footwear triad and partner functions, collaborating with Nike teams across Merchandising and Sales, as well as wholesale partners across EMEA and World Headquarters.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The team is looking for a collaborative Lead Product Line Manager with strong experience in footwear product creation. This person brings sound judgement, curiosity and attention to detail, and can turn consumer and marketplace insights into clear, high-quality product briefs.
You’ll communicate with clarity, build trusted relationships across diverse teams and create an environment where different perspectives can contribute to better decisions and stronger products.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in footwear product creation
- Passion for sneakers and an understanding of athletic footwear culture
- Strong understanding of footwear construction and product storytelling
- Strong knowledge of EMEA consumers, the retail landscape and wholesale partners
- Effective time management and the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams
- Ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively
- Curiosity, proactive information-seeking skills and a focus on delivering results
- Advanced presentation skills and the ability to respectfully challenge and influence peers and senior stakeholders
- Advanced business acumen, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel and Miro
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including internationally.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- In this role, you will lead the product line for lifestyle & performance (footwear for both men and women.
- You’ll oversee all aspects of the footwear product creation process in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- You will analyze retail sales and sell-in data, engage with consumer groups and translate insights into clear actions.
- In addition, you will manage workflows from line planning and briefing through sell-in, creating and maintaining compelling tools that support the business.
- You will partner closely with wholesale, Design, Development and Merchandising teams to create and launch products that serve consumers across Europe.
- Set clear expectations, meet deadlines and contribute to shared team success.
Relocation is offered for this role.
