Tasks

What you’ll do:

• Test aviation systems manually and with automation, focusing on aircraft performance and flight safety
• Create, run and document test cases based on system requirements
• Find, analyze and report software issues, and help resolve them
• Work closely with developers, engineers and aviation experts to ensure the solution is high-quality and reliable
• Help develop and improve automated testing processes
• Support verification and validation to make sure the aviation system meets safety standards

Requirements

What you’ll bring:

• Aeronautical knowledge or aviation experience
• Proven experience as a QA Tester, Test Engineer or similar
• Practical experience with manual software testing
• Basic understanding of Kubernetes (K8s) & cloud environments
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, great attention to detail
• Proactive, collaborative approach and ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn and expand skills in software testing and aviation
• Fluent English (B2/C1)
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2 days/week in Gdańsk)

Nice to have:

• Experience with modern C++, test automation, Robot Framework or Pytest
• Strong algorithmic and logical thinking skills
