Quality Coordinator (F/M) (1100)

TOMS Polska is looking for Quality Coordinator to be part of our chocolate factory in Nowa Sól.

This position is responsible for supporting operational team in maintaining quality and food safety standards during all production processes. Moreover, person in this position will maintain all related manuals and records ensuring food safety, quality, hygiene and make sure that production records are legible, accurate, complete, maintained and easily retrievable for 3rd party, customer and other quality and food safety audits. Quality Coordinator will also take an active part in extension project of our factory and production lines. Quality Coordinator position is a part of our Quality Department and requires interfacing with Product Development, Production and Maintenance Departments.

The key responsibilities of this job will include:

• Support to production in daily activities
• Ensure that implemented quality and food safety standards and policies are followed in facility
• Coordinate and perform GMP and other internal audits
• Analyze audit outcomes and carry out appropriate corrective actions
• Document quality assurance activities
• Report on results of quality and food safety activities
• Recognize training needs and take actions, including performing training,
• Analyzes consumer complaint data
• Provides prerequisite program data summaries

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in food science preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA in food industry required
• Knowledge GFSI audit schemes, as well as law regulations related to foodstuff production
• Knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, food defence, QA terms, tools, and methodologies
• HACCP and auditor certified a plus
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Word, excel, Power point; experience in working in SAP will be an advantage
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Category B driving license
