About your team
As a Sales Advisor, you will work within a young and motivated sales team in the Northeast region (10 FTE) and report directly to the Northeast Sales Team Leader. Direct and fast communication, as well as a highly collaborative and supportive environment, define our team. Following your onboarding period, you will independently manage your customers*. Direct communication with Marketing and Technical Advisory colleagues will support and facilitate your work.

About your role
As a Crop Protection Sales Advisor (m/f/d), you will be responsible for supporting our agricultural customers (advisory services, distributors and farmers) within our Northeast sales region.

Your responsabilities
As a member of the Sales and Advisory Team, your responsibilities include:
- Conducting advisory and sales discussions and providing intensive support to farming businesses through sound agronomic knowledge of relevant crops.
- Acting as the first point of contact for Certis Belchim in your region with a customer-focused and proactive approach.
- Organising field visits and winter events to increase your visibility and strengthen your presence within the region.
- Using modern communication tools as an integral part of your daily work.
- Thinking beyond conventional approaches, differentiating yourself within your region and making a genuine impact.
About you
- You have a passion for agriculture and crop protection, supported by a university degree or vocational agricultural training.
- You enjoy being out in the field and providing professional advice on crop protection.
- You are communicative and enjoy offering solutions to arable farming challenges.
- You enjoy travelling and organise your work independently and in a structured manner.
- You are a team player who actively supports the exchange of information with colleagues.
- You are familiar with the regional environment and enjoy deepening your knowledge and experience within it.
