Full-Stack Engineer (Data Tooling)

As a full-stack engineer in Data Tooling, you'll work with the latest technologies to build state-of-the-art systems that empower Quartr's core mission. You will drive features end-to-end to help us scale while maintaining our core focus on stability.

What you’ll do

• Build top-tier internal tools that directly facilitate and accelerate our core mission.
• Own features end-to-end, taking responsibility for the design, implementation, and deployment across both backend and frontend.
• Partner closely with non-technical stakeholders to understand their workflows and equip them with the tools they need to succeed.
• Empower our data teams by building developer-friendly APIs with rock-solid contracts, delivering cleanly packaged data so they can build faster.
• Continuously improve our codebase, tooling ecosystem, and developer workflows.

Who you are

• You have a few years of full-stack engineering experience and a proven track record of driving features from idea to deployment.
• You are eager to learn and innovate, but you always remain mindful of how your technical decisions impact the broader product and business.
• You thrive in environments where you are given clear responsibility and take pride in the quality of what you build.
• You have strong communication skills and can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned.
