Position Summary
As a CDT Activation Specialist – Confectionery, you will activate category strategies across trade touchpoints, driving visibility, shopper engagement and business growth in retail and proximity channels.
A Day in the Life

Deliver best-in-class POS activations.

Coordinate initiatives with Marketing, Sales and external agencies.

Support category development and planogram execution.

Analyze activity performance and ROI.

University degree.

Minimum 2–3 years in Commercial Development, Sales, Trade Marketing or Category roles.

Knowledge of retail and shopper dynamics.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
